Our team of passionate instructors deliver a wide range of classes across our two studios. We aim to keep our classes small in order to ensure correct technique and safety, however we do offer one-on-one sessions for those wanting a more personalised approach to training.

Pilates Reformer  

In the Pilates Reformers class clients will combine their own body weight with spring resistance allowing for fluid movements that focus on activation of the core while training all areas of the body. Reformer classes are not “levelled" as modifications or variations can be individually taught allowing just the right amount of challenge to each client. Clients must have previous experience on the reformer or complete a one on one with a pilates instructor or physiotherapist.

Group Equipment Class  

This class enables those recovering form injury who are currently working with one of our physiotherapists to have supervised access to the full compliment of Pilates equipment in our fully equipped studio. Spaces are limited to ensure all participants have quality supervision through out the session.

TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRXSuspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Mat Pilates  

Mat classes will cover a foundational repertoire of exercises and stretches focusing on teaching key principles and detailed instruction. This class is taught at a slower pace as there is an emphasis on proper technique and execution throughout the session. You can expect to leave a class feeling “worked” yet relaxed.

Power Vinyasa  

Move, sweat and breathe in this vinyasa flow class. This class will work wonders on your strength and flexibility while focusing on laser-sharp connection to breath. Class sequences start with a warm up, which include sun salutations and work towards peak poses. Then you'll utilise the heat you've created in your body and calm the mind with the finishing meditative yin-style asana sequence. Suitable for all levels of students who want to challenge themselves, physically and mentally.
