Each workshop consists of an intimate, 90 minute supportive and restorative yoga practice featuring a gentle flow led by both Abbylee & Twyla.
You’ll leave these classes not only feeling wonderfully relaxed, but also with a greater understanding of, and a deep gratitude for, your body and it’s amazing mechanics.
This series also includes a weekly newsletter linking to that week's body system, including your intention and three dietary and lifestyle tips to help find and maintain health and happiness.
