Jianni's career spans over 20 years in the health & fitness industry. Working in almost every single facet of it in his long career. Over the past 15 years here in Auckland he has worked as a personal trainer specialising in both corrective and high performance exercise instruction. As a qualified Pilate instructor and physiotherapist Jianni has worked in several gyms, studios and clinics over the past 6 years since graduating from AUT as a physio. He is available for one on one training in both the gym and the Pilates studio. He is an ACC registered physiotherapist.

Since graduating from AUT Alaina has worked with various sports in acute injuries, post surgical rehabilitation and high performance functional training. Her career took her over to Ireland for a few years where she became involved in Gaellic Football and Hurling and recently she has been back involved with rehabilitation for a variety of dancers. On returning to New Zealand in 2010 she became a qualified Pilates Instructor and has incorporated this into her gym and functional retraining. She has recently worked with rehabilitating clients back into the work force following injury and has returned to finish off her Post Graduate Diploma in Physiotherapy at AUT. She is ACC registered and available for one on one pilates training in the gym or pilates studio.

Rachel graduated from AUT in 2010 with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She initially worked with a rugby league team before moving to a private practice clinic. Most recently, Rachel has worked at Adidas while completing a Post-Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Her research focused on injuries to the lower limb. She also has experience working with children with traumatic brain injuries and people with chronic pain.
Rachel is a trained Pilates instructor who is passionate about integrating pilates with conventional physiotherapy treatments. She is excited about returning to the Grey Lynn area and is available for one-on-one Pilates training as well as physiotherapy, rehabilitation and personal training.
Rachel is a keen horse rider who has represented New Zealand overseas and enjoys working with sportspeople of all types. When she's not in the clinic, you can find her at the beach with her horse and her dog

Cam comes to MovementLAB with a wealth of experience and is a highly skilled physiotherapist. He graduated from Otago University in 1999 and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Therapy in 2011. He has advanced skills in working with children with developmental conditions, youth sporting injuries, and has honed his skills in taping techniques. Cam lectures in taping (rigid and kinesiology) for several teaching institutions.
Over Cam’s Career he has developed a keen interest and expertise in working with knee and ankle injuries. This complements his interest in shoe technology and an appreciation of movement efficiency in the prevention of lower limb injuries. Having had a sporting career including Rep Rugby, Competitive Martial Arts, Cricket and Athletics, health and fitness is a key component of his lifestyle. Cam is a physio that not only wants you to be pain-free but return you to your pre-injury level of function.
