Pilates Reformer

Clients will combine their own body weight with spring resistance allowing for fluid movements that activate the core while training all areas of the body. Clients must have previous experience on the reformer or complete a one on one with a pilates instructor or physiotherapist.

Sessions  |  Monday 9.15am, 1pm, & 6pm; Tuesday 5.30pm & 6.30pm; Wednesday 9.30am; Thursday 5.30pm & 6.30pm; Saturday 9.30am

TRX

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Mat Pilates  

This class is taught at a slower pace as there is an emphasis on proper technique and execution throughout the session. You can expect to leave a class feeling “worked” yet relaxed.

Sessions  |  Monday & Thursday 7.15pm (Pilates Studio)

Group Equipment Class  

This class enables those recovering from injury who are currently working with one of our physiotherapists to have supervised access to the full compliment of Pilates equipment in our studio. Spaces are limited to ensure all participants have quality supervision during the session.
